My journey in the world of health began with certifications in Personal Training, Barre Fitness, Reiki, and Sound Healing through biofield tuning. With over a decade in the fitness-teaching arena, my philosophy has always been about mindfulness. And by mindfulness, I don’t just mean meditation. I refer to being deeply connected to one’s physical and emotional state. This insight allows for tailoring workouts that truly resonate with one’s well-being, rather than just going through the motions.
This mindset served me and my clients well. But everything shifted when I stumbled upon Human Design.
To say I was captivated is an understatement. Human Design provided tools and strategies that seemed to directly align with my beliefs about mindfulness. But, it was more profound. It felt like a missing piece to the wellness puzzle I had been piecing together for years. The insights Human Design offered were so resonant that I felt compelled to dive deeper. I embraced a two-year experiment living its practices, which eventually led me to become a certified Human Design coach.
Why was this shift so monumental? Human Design seamlessly wove together my knowledge in health, fitness, and wellness. It reinforced the belief that tuning into our inner guidance system can propel us to unparalleled levels of health and well-being.
